Forepoint, inc. was founded in March of 1999 as RebatePlace.com. Our initial goal was simple - provide consumers a central location where they could access rebate information and most importantly, print rebate forms! Shortly after formation, the potential of our promotion data was realized and we set out to develop business services that would allow us to share our knowledge with the rest of the online community. These services allow us to extend our marketing reach while helping even more online shoppers save money with rebates.

The company was founded by people who love to take advantage of great rebate offers, but had one-too-many bad experiences searching for rebate forms, losing rebate forms, and learning about offers a day late. With backgrounds in e-commerce application development, new media production, network/server management, and marketing, the Forepoint team combines to form a young, excited, and highly-energetic team!
